Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, we understand that life happens and we will work to schedule your appointments around your busy life.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. You will always have the option to freely cancel or reschedule your appointment.
How does the billing process work?
The payment process will happen after you service is complete. We accept credit and debit in salon.
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely! When cashing out you will have an option to receive an e-mail receipt. You can reach out and we can provide one for a previous appointment if needed.
Why can I not book all hair services on the online booking portal?
Our online booking portal gives options to book services that have a set time. More extensive services require you to contact us through call, text, ot e-mail to book your appointment.
How much does a consultation cost?
Consultations are always complimentary. Many consultations can be done over the phone and through text, and some consultations must be done in person, the choice is always yours. If you would like to come come in just to see the space and meet me, I look forward to meeting you.
How do I book for Hair Extensions?
Hair Extensions require an in person consultation that can be booked online, over the phone or by e-mail.
